Customer Advisor (Sales)

The role

Here at ZEEKR we are hiring a Customer Advisor to create and deliver memorable customer experiences, whilst maximizing the sales of ZEEKR EVs. Together with the team you create a customer-centric atmosphere at ZEEKR. You make customers feel welcome and supported during the customer journey.

To be successful in the role you should demonstrate the following:

• A customer-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer satisfaction principles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in a relationship-building customer service role.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal successfully with customers and colleagues.
• Collaborative with the ability to work well in a team with colleagues from different departments.
• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license is essential for conducting test drives and effectively assisting customers.
• The willingness to work weekends.

Fixed-term contract (12 months)

40 hours per week
