Delivery Advisor

• Take full responsibility for the delivery process and ensure every handover goes smoothly.
• Work with our sales and service team to ensure every car is perfectly prepared, inspected and detailed before it is handed over.
• Be the first point of contact for customers throughout the entire delivery process—from scheduling and guidance to answering any questions they may have.
• Lead vehicle introductions and demonstrate all technologies and features.
• Manage the planning and logistics of vehicle deliveries so everything runs smoothly and delays are a thing of the past.
• Continuously monitor improvements in the delivery experience, implement best practices and contribute to higher customer satisfaction and a stronger brand image.
• Resolve last-minute challenges smoothly and ensure customers always have a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

• You have a passion for building relationships and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• You communicate clearly and confidently, also during presentations to clients.
• You have a keen eye for detail.
• You are strong in multitasking and can manage multiple priorities at once.
• You have a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• A valid B driving license.
