Verkoopadviseur/Customer Advisor

• To be the expert on Zeekr products and services and provide a great customer experience.
• Engaged with the customer from the initial lead to completing the purchase of a new Zeekr EV.
• Achieve your weekly and monthly commercial targets, mainly focused on the number of test drives and vehicle sales.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and maintaining regular and proactive contact.
• Participate in events at external locations to meet new customers and present our products and brand.

• A background in customer-oriented sales in a target group-oriented retail environment.
• A customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes and principles of customer satisfaction.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to successfully deal with customers and colleagues.
• Collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team with colleagues from different departments.
• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license B.
• The willingness to work on weekends and between our two locations.
